Construction on the M1 Pacific Motorway extension to Raymond Terrace is picking up pace with extensive roadworks underway.
This project will significantly cut travel times between the mid coast, Newcastle and Sydney for motorists, bypassing five sets of traffic lights and will remove about 25,000 vehicles a day from existing roads.
